Yes, you can cancel your subscription in the admin panel. Further payments will not be charged, but the platform will remain accessible until the end of the paid period. If you paid for a year and want a refund, please contact our technical support manager.
Yes, you can freeze your subscription for up to 90 days. After this pause period, your data will be automatically deleted. If you plan to use the platform periodically, we recommend making payments every 2-3 months to avoid setting up the system from scratch each time.
