After a click on your link, the client’s browser remembers your code for 60 days. If during that time the client follows another partner’s link, they are tied to whoever’s link came last.
The promo code wins. The client is tied to the owner of the promo code and gets its discount.
No. Terms are fixed for each client when they are tied to you. If your terms change, the new ones apply only to new clients.
