Points and rewards for work the team already does

A course is completed, a goal is closed, a survey is submitted, and the employee gets XP and coins. Coins can be exchanged for rewards from the store, which you stock yourself.

levels by total XP: from Newcomer to Icon

7, 30, 100

days in a row: streak bonus

01

A reward for an action that is already part of the work

For a completed course, a check-in on a key result, a closed goal, a completed survey or a candidate hired through a referral, the employee receives XP and coins. Rewards are awarded automatically.

Anniversary. The system recognizes a work anniversary on its own, every day at 09:00, based on the hire date in the employee profile.

Anonymous surveys. No reward is given for an anonymous survey.

02

Levels, streaks and badges

Eight levels based on total XP: from Newcomer to Icon. The profile shows the current level, the coin balance and how much XP is left until the next level.

Streaks

Consecutive days of activity add up to a streak, and a bonus is awarded for 7, 30 and 100 days in a row.

Badges

Over twenty system badges for achievements, including the number of completed courses, a long streak or a year with the company. Earned badges appear in the profile.

03

You decide how much to give for what

Admins and HR change how much XP and how many coins each action gives, from 0 to 10,000. Zero means nothing is awarded for that action.

Manually. A reward can be granted separately: a custom one or one based on one of the rules.

In workflows. In Workflows, awarding XP and coins can be one of the workflow actions, with a stated reason.

Rewards store

HR adds items: name, description, image, category, price in coins and quantity in stock. The employee sees their balance, and the purchase button is disabled if there are not enough coins.

Orders

A purchase deducts coins and creates an order. An admin or HR fulfills it or rejects it. If an order is rejected, the coins are returned and the employee receives a notification.

My purchases

A separate tab in the store shows what the employee has already ordered.

Works together

Gamification works on its own, while rewards for actions come in from other modules

Who sees what

Rewards are configured by admins and HR, and employees see their own profile

Award rules, manual rewards, store items and orders are managed by admins and HR.

In their profile, an employee sees the level, coin balance, streak, badges and award history, and in the store, their own purchases.

Questions
What are points awarded for?

For a completed course, a check-in on a key result, a closed goal, a completed non-anonymous survey, a candidate hired through a referral and a work anniversary. Points can also be awarded manually, and Workflows has an award action you can use in a workflow.

Can you change how much each action gives?

Yes. Admins and HR set the XP and coins for each action, from 0 to 10,000.

What happens if a store order is rejected?

The coins go back to the employee, who receives a notification.

Are points awarded for anonymous surveys?

No, the reward applies only to non-anonymous ones.

Who fulfills store orders?

An admin or HR: they fulfill an order or reject it, and if it is rejected, the coins are returned.
